Only requirement to receive refund from PGE is that you were a PGE customer between 10/1/00 - 9/30/01. Avg household to receive $23 but so many people will miss today's deadline the refund could be much higher for those of us who are applying for this refund.

NOTE: If you lived at more than 1 property during this time period (like we did) . . . it allows you to submit more than 1 claim. Happy refunding!! P.S. Spread the word to your family & friends.
